Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Workalizer (the "Website"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Website and the services offered by individual enterpreneur (IE) Cherevatyy Oleh, registration number 3091000839, (hereinafter referred to as "Workalizer", "we", "us", or "our").

Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial of the Subscription. After the trial period, if you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your Account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan with limited features.
Paid Subscriptions: Subscriptions are subject to recurring charges based on the chosen plan. You agree to pay all charges associated with your Subscription using the accepted payment methods (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).
Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your Account. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are only available for unused portions of your Subscription.
7. Content
You are responsible for any Data or Content you submit to the Website. You retain all ownership of your Content, but you grant Workalizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Content in connection with the Website and our Services.
You are prohibited from submitting any Content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Access or use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

WORKALIZER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WORKALIZER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workalizer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ukrainian International Arbitration Court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be held in Ternopil, Ukraine. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
13. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes via the email address associated with your Account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Website after any modifications to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
