You can track the evolution of your document review and approval efficiency over time using the 'Document Revision and Review Count' widget. By selecting different 'Period' filters (e.g., Month, 3 Months, Year), you can observe trends in approved versus rejected suggestions. An increase in approved suggestions coupled with a decrease in rejected ones indicates improving efficiency. This allows managers to assess the impact of new workflows, training programs, or team structures on the overall speed and quality of document finalization processes.
