How is billing calculated?

The SaaS Edition is billed per user per month ($2.99/user). You can add unlimited users to your organization; billing is based on how many users are in scope for Workalizer within your Google Workspace.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

You can start the SaaS Edition with a 30-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends. After the trial, you will be billed per user per month unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel the trial from your Google Workspace billing settings.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

You manage your Workalizer subscription from the billing section of your Google Workspace organization account. There you can upgrade, change the number of users, or cancel. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

Are there discounts or annual billing?

We are working on annual billing options with a discount. If you need a longer trial or want to discuss volume or annual pricing, contact us and we can extend the trial or tailor an offer.

What about the Private Cloud Edition?

The Private Cloud Edition runs in your own VPC with dedicated support. Pricing and terms are custom. Contact us to discuss requirements and get a quote.
