Which users or departments are most (or least) active in chat communications?
The Chat Stats widget's interactive bar chart, located below the main metric tiles, visualizes message activity broken down by individual users over the chosen period. By reviewing this chart, along with applying 'Org Unit' and 'User' filters, you can identify which individuals or departments are contributing the most or the least to chat communications, providing insights into engagement dynamics.
