The 'Externally Shared Files by Type and Activity Label' widget displays activity labels as rows in its main table. Each row aggregates shared files by type for that specific label. You can quickly identify the activity labels associated with the highest numbers of externally shared files by reviewing the 'Documents' column, which provides totals and percentage changes. This helps you pinpoint areas of high external collaboration or potential risk.
