What is the average response time for direct messages?
The widget clearly shows the 'Avg Response Time' in minutes for each team member's interaction with the selected employee. This average is calculated based on the direct messages sent by the selected employee to their colleagues within the chosen analysis period (e.g., Week, Month, Custom).
