Yes, the 'Received Communication' widget explicitly shows the percentage change in volume compared to the previous period of the same length (e.g., this week vs. last week). This comparison is presented numerically alongside the total count for each communication channel, allowing you to quickly identify if your incoming communication load is increasing, decreasing, or remaining stable.
