How many messages were posted in total during a specific period?
The Chat Stats widget displays a 'Posted Messages' tile, which shows the total number of messages sent across the organization or selected department/user during your chosen time period (e.g., Week, Month, Year). This tile also includes a percentage comparison to the previous period, helping you quickly understand changes in overall message volume.
