How many documents has an employee shared externally in a given period?
You can find this information in the 'Documents Shared Externally' widget's bar chart view. After selecting an 'Org Unit', 'User', and 'Period' (e.g., Week, Month, Year) using the filters, the dark green bar in the chart represents the number of documents shared externally by the selected employee within that specific time frame. Hovering over the bar will provide precise numerical details.
