How does an employee's communication load compare to their organizational unit's average?
The User-Received Communication widget offers a direct comparison of an individual employee's communication load against the average for their specific organizational unit. For each communication channel, the widget not only shows the individual's metrics but also displays the group average and its percentage change from the previous period. This provides critical context for understanding an individual's workload relative to their peers.
