Documents with alerts triggered by a specific user?

To find which documents had alerts triggered by a particular user, use the 'Triggered by' dropdown filter located at the top of the Document Alerts Table. Select the specific user from the list, and the table will automatically update to display all documents where that user's actions caused an alert. This is useful for auditing individual user activity.
