Are there specific periods where meeting load is excessively high or low?
Yes, the 'Meetings by Time Period' widget is designed to highlight such patterns. By filtering by different time granularities (Week, Month, 3 Months, etc.) and organizational units, you can visually observe segments with a disproportionately large or small amount of green (meeting activity). Excessively high meeting load may indicate potential for burnout or inefficient scheduling, while consistently low periods might suggest communication gaps or underutilized collaboration tools. The AI Insights button can further analyze these patterns and provide recommendations.
