Activity with Highest Meeting Duration or Chat Volume
You can quickly identify which activity label accounts for the highest meeting duration or chat volume by visually scanning the 'Communication Breakdown by Activity Label' widget. After applying your desired filters and period, simply look down the "Meetings" column (specifically at the total duration) or the "Google Chat Rooms" column. The activity label corresponding to the largest numerical value in these columns represents the highest engagement for that communication type.
