Performance Review for Team (Work Patterns): All Sections and Widgets

Performance Review for Team (Work Patterns) in Workalizer shows the same structure of metrics as the employee view, but aggregated at team level: communication, initiative and ownership, schedule and punctuality, time management, independent work, attendance, work-life balance, policy compliance, and AI adoption. Use it to see team patterns, compare teams, and support team-level reviews and planning.

Who Benefits

  • Managers and Team Leads: To see team-wide communication, output, and work patterns in one place.
  • HR and Operations: To compare teams, spot overload or under-engagement, and align with org goals.
  • Leadership: To review Work Patterns (team-level) alongside Employee and Manager views for a full picture.

How to Access

Go to /work-patterns/. Select the Org Unit (team) and Period at the top. All sections and widgets below are shown for that team aggregate. Work Patterns is the team-level counterpart to the per-employee Performance Review; there is no separate "Performance Review for Team" tab—the team view lives under Work Patterns. For per-person detail, use Performance Review for Employee; for manager time with each report, use Performance Review for Manager.
