How to Use the Google Workspace Dashboard
The Google Workspace Dashboard in Workalizer gives you a single view of how your organization uses Gmail, Drive, Meet, and Chat. It combines activity summaries, charts, and AI insights so you can spot trends, compare periods, and make data-driven decisions about adoption and workload.
Who Benefits
- Team Leads and Department Managers: To see team activity at a glance and compare email, document, meeting, and chat usage over time.
- HR and Operations: To monitor adoption of Google Workspace tools and identify training or process needs.
- Executives: To track organization-wide engagement and high-level trends without drilling into each app.
Widget Access
Open the main Workalizer Dashboard from the app home or by navigating to /dashboard/. The Google Workspace Dashboard is the default view and includes the Activity Summary, Gmail Chart, Drive Chart, Meeting Activity Overview (MeetChart), Chat Activity Analytics, and related widgets in one place.
Detailed Functionality
The dashboard shows multiple widgets side by side: Activity Summary (bar chart of activity by period), Gmail Activity Chart (emails sent vs received), Drive Chart (documents created vs updated), Meeting Activity Overview (meeting count and duration), and Chat Activity Analytics (messages and spaces). Use the period selector and org unit filter at the top to scope the data. Each widget can support AI insights for quick analysis.
