About Workalizer
Workalizer was created by entrepreneurs who spent years running businesses and working daily with Google Workspace. Like many company leaders, we often struggled to truly understand how work was happening inside our own teams. Emails, documents, meetings and chats generated constant activity, but it was difficult to see the bigger picture — how people collaborate, where time goes and how productivity can be improved.
We originally built Workalizer as an internal tool to solve this problem for ourselves. What started as a simple analytics dashboard quickly proved to be something more valuable. By analyzing activity across Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat and Calendar, Workalizer transforms everyday Google Workspace data into clear insights about communication patterns, collaboration and work habits.
Today Workalizer helps managers, HR teams and executives make better decisions based on real data rather than assumptions.
